Go Keegan!!

I graduated from Hamilton, and my husband's family still goes there, so Friday we went to the Hamilton and Angola game. Mike's cousin is a senior so I had shirts made up for Maddie and Dylan to wear to the game. Here they are sporting the blue and white, this is one of the last times this will probably happen. We will be yellow and purple. It was fun, and Angola stung the Marines, some things never change. The cheerblock for Angola was chanting Just-Like-Every-Year.

Snow Days

Okay, all of the good moms of the world, or the dishonest ones, say we love snow days. Sometimes I would agree, however on Wednesday when we had our snow day, I hated them. My kids had every toy the owned out, while I was cleaning out cabinets in the kitchen, this is what they were doing in their bedroom. They were using the box as a house. It is one of the things I will look back on and think is funny when they are old and gone, or to show their kids when they call to tell me how bad their children are being. Atleast we ended up cleaning out the box, and getting rid of some stuff.

Mindi turns 30

This picture was from the end of September but I found it on my internal memory on my camera. My friend Mindi celebrated her 30 birthday at the winery in Bryan Ohio this fall. Here we are after a bottle or two.

Wild, Wild West Party

Every winter Michael's mom has a big themed party, just for the kids. This year it was Wild Wild West. Everything upstairs was decorated according to theme, complete with food, games, prizes and gifts. You cannot actually believe it unless you witness it. She has such elaborate parties, the kids are so lucky to have such a talented and thoughful Nana.
Here Kenzie and Maddie are doing the three legged race. They had it down to a science, they counted so they knew what foot to move when, they smoked the boys.
The kids had to dress up to fit the party. Here are all of the cowboy and cowgirls before they got to go upstairs and be surprised. Each year she tops the year before. TOO COOL.

She had a huge poster printed for each of the kids with pictuers of them all as babies. The things that they were each wanted for were things that fit the photo she used.

They each got a cook set to use when we camp, a webkin that was a cow or horse, camping coffee mugs, cactus plants, you get the idea.

Here is Nana with her girls. They had the aprons on because they won play money and then got to use it to buy stuff at the general store she had set up.
Thanks Nana for being so terrific.
